what type of wood?

ryan_m Jul 17, 2008 11:13 PM

I'm going to be building an enclosure for a trio of Ackie Monitors. Was wondering what the best type of wood to use is? one that will hold up to the heat and humidity. I was in Home Depot today looking at maple which seemed like it would work well...any suggestions/what others have used would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

just don't use cedar. resin is toxic. (think: dead moths in cedar trunk)
good luck with your project.
