Do you know of any vets in Redding that I could take my snake to if I ever need? I don't need to, I just want to know in case I ever need to. There's no one around here for reptiles.
Thanks

I take mine to allcats on Lake Blvd.
It is highly appreciated if you make an appointment first and let them know it is a snake because they do *not* advertise exotics and some of the vet techs are fearful of snakes, so they just need to make sure they have appropriate techs on duty.
There's another vet I won't mention publicly that does advertise exotics - and I actually went to him first. It is clear to me that by exotics they mean birds, the vet really did not IMHO know squat about reptiles.
The veterinarian at All Cats on Lake Blvd is not a "reptile specialist" but he knows what he is doing when treating them, probably because he's been in the business for a long time.
He's also the best vet I've ever encountered when it comes to cats, and I've had cats since I was 5.
