rack system

ryantholen Jul 18, 2008 08:34 AM

I have 4 boas right and a planning to get two more pretty soon and I wanted to build a rack system for them. I was wondering what size of tubs I could use and where to get them? Also if anyone has any plans or where I could get them to help me build it, or any examples.

Will this be for adults, including females? If so, the one box that will probably work is the VE-175? It's a large box but the actual floor area is quite a bit smaller than the listed dimensions. A few companies make a rack for VE-175's so you can spend some time on google to get an idea of how big this box is.

I believe the width of this box without the lid is just a bit under 20". If so I would probably use the Baltic Birch plywood that is imported from Russia. It comes in 5x5 sheets so you could get three full shelves from a single sheet. But I'd check prices first.

You can get the VE-175 from Reptiletubs.com
