Updated pic of CBB Guyana BCC holdback

Jonathan_Brady Jul 18, 2008 05:39 PM

So this pic was taken August 11th of last year, so almost a year ago. He was 13 days old. This was one day before his first meal.

This was taken today, 8 days since his last meal (so these aren't digestion colors).

Amazing what a year will do, huh?
Thanks to everyone who has been so supportive of my endeavors over the years and with my first breeding successes last year. You comments, emails, and phone calls give me hope that sometimes people CAN be better than boas! lol
I don't normally get sentimental, so you may want to mark this on your calendar!

I thought I would go snap some photos of the girl I got from you and put them on this thread as well. I took her tub out and put her on my desk under the overhead light and snapped away.......pure crap!!!!!! I did use the macro feature. The images were much clearer - but all the pink was gone. Tomorrow she goes on the casting couch with some sunlight.

I will learn how to take decent photos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take Care,

Kevin

Try various locations outside. Under the shade of a well developed tree works EXTREMELY well.

Keep working with the macro feature, it'll be your best friend.

Good luck and get to posting!

Holy ships !!!!

I honestly had no idea or could even Fathom that your litter

could gain that much color !!!!

I though that they may get purple/red like the mom.

However,they turned out beautifully two/toned !!!!

Very nice boa!

And I agree, although a rarity, people can sometimes be as nice as animals.

every time I see some of those offspring, I can't believe I passed up the opportunity to own one! Simply beautiful color and cleanliness.
Here's a picture of a pink boa I never should have sold.
