Been keeping B. dubias for about 2 years now. I've had great success with mine. Even had to split the colony (it was getting too big). I think I have anywhere from 300 - 700, and all from an original batch of 30). I fed mine about 2x/wk... they get hi quality cat food(important if ur feeding chameleons), flax seed sometime, fresh leafy greens, fruit (inclding oranges... they love those. They also get fresh water every week and misted 2x/wk. The temp should be at least 80. What do u feed urs ? Are the temps and humidity right?
Orange should be okay, though I wouldpeel them first. I've heard something in the orange peel can be toxic, perhaps insecticides?
