Boilin bag effect or empty the bag?,
if i feed in the morning i leave a sealed bags out over night if kept sealed they remain dry, but individuals will get wet from precip of the air, also thaw in water and dry with paper towel "kinda like a hair stylist "Not"....
Also have warmed em in the sun for pit scensor animals like pythons
Usually I heard it's best to thaw to room temperature, let it sit out and depends on what kind of feeder.
Pinkies, generally an hour to 1 1/2. You can warm it up with warm water, having the pinkie in a sealed bag or something, but the water should not be anywhere considered hot, but I rather wait because it isn't good to feed something while warm because reptiles cannot raise their temperature. I've fed a feeder at room temperature for a long time and do not see any problems. Usually many sources including the internet and books suggest this way also. =)
