question on het albinos

royal645 Jul 19, 2008 08:25 PM

I have 1 albino and 2 that are het for albino, I look at my snakes every day, and have noticed that when the hets are in "blue" they arent blue they are foggy like that of my albino when shes in shed. Is this a marker of the albino gene?? Has ANYONE else noticed this with hets?

I personally have never been able to tell a difference from hets, it just carries the gene to produce albinos and nothing more, people may disagree with me but that's my thoughts on it, I've had normals show that same foggy look your talking about, I think to each animal their own

Thanks
Zack
