Does any one out there know if it is legal to ship boas to california?? I know there are a few people out there from the area. I need to ship one box with 10 babies to san diego and wondering if there is a law against shipping?
I have tried to look up the laws but have not found any good links. Any help would be appriciated.

you have a FedEx acct or a contract with UPS to ship snakes you should be fine. Are you FedEx verified yet?

I do have a fed ex account and still waiting on the rep to get back to me. When I opened my account years ago the person told me
it wasn't a problem to ship snakes. I have all the records of the conversation. Name time ..

speak with your station manager at UPS. Most of them will let you ship snakes as long as they know, and as long as no HOTS are shipped.

Not that i know of I live here in california and have bought snakes from all over the U.S and fed ex has always delivered
