I decided to expand my home grown feeder supply. I started keeping zophoba worms, GD they smell (after about 1 week of being in new bedding). Is that normal ? I have them in wheat bran and oats. What am I doing wrong?

Yes they smell but if you are able to keep them outside its not bad.
I live in Florida and kept them outside in screened patio in topperware container they sure smell WAY more than crickets.
I find them hardy and kept them as you do.
I dont have any now left.
They produce a lot of waste so changed the bran, etc often and smell was less but the worm itself gives off an odor .
Musky type odor but lizards love them.
