By the sounds of it,you have an infection caused by Mycoplasma. There is no cure just management when its bad.
Baytril has proved to calm the mycoplasma but not eliminate it. Nebulisation may help conjunctivitis if you are still getting cases.
Some eye problem can be males biting at the females eyes etc during courtship.

It's a reoccurring problem more so with WC, mine tend to continue to eat though, try warm water soaks & isolate the individual for a few days.

Thanks for your help, it doesnt seem that bad anymore but I iwll keep a close eye on her. She is housed witha male but I have never seen any courting going on and I do soak her twice a week. Thanks again!
