Jungle Het Albino x Arg/Col Albino -more

Southernboids Jul 23, 2008 01:08 PM

I have a question please.

If you were to breed a Male Jungle Het Albino to a female that is a Arg/Col cross albino.. would you expect the Argentine pattern to muddle up the Jungle look or what would you expect?

Since the Argentine pattern is normally so busy and peppered do you think that would interfere with the normal Jungle look?

I ask because I just had this litter and it is pretty hard to tell what is what. I want to make sure if I call it a Jungle that it is in fact a Jungle.

These animals were born last week and should start shedding soon so I will post pics as soon as they finish.

Thanks

I saw an ad in the classified where someone supposedly bred a jungle to a salmontine and it seemed hard for the breeder to tell the jungles from the rest(i had trouble too from the pics). I bet just like the jungle gene goes you will have some possibles in there and maybe have a hard time telling them apart. Maybe things like sorting the ones with mottled tongues and stuff will help figure it out. Post pics here. Thats what i would do in that same predicament. I'm excited to see what they look like anyway and congrats on the litter
