Where are the Super Cinnies and related

RyanT Jul 24, 2008 12:37 AM

combos? All these awesome babies hatching, but I don't think I've seen one Super Cinny clutch yet this year. Or what about Super Cinny Pastels (aren't they officially called Silver Bullets)? I know I have big Super Cinny combo plans for next year. There are SO many white snakes, but still only one all black. Don't they appeal to many people? I think they're one of the best. Are people avoiding them because of the "duck bill" thing? Seems odd they're not more widely produced. I'm sure there are plenty of breeder female Cinnies out there.

I hatched out a super cinnamon and a silver bullet from breeding a cinnamon female to a pewter male. Out of five eggs I got 1.1. cinnamon pastel 0.1. pewter pastel 0.1. super cinnamon and 1.0. silver bullet. It was one of the best clutches of the year.

Perfect heads too. I bought a male Cinny back in early '05 (for $3,100. Haha) with the goal of producing Supers, because they just blow me away. I'm a sucker for black and grey snakes for whatever reason. (Except axanthics, because in reality, how long do they really stay black and grey, ya know?)

I've produced 13 Cinnies now as a direct result of buying that original male, with 7 of the 13 still in my collection. And in '09 I'll be breeding for my first double co-doms with Cinnies as the star ingredient. I can't wait for those black heads to be poking out. Congrats on that clutch with the Super and Silver Bullet. That's the pinnacle for me.

Wow that super is nice, I too love them, cinni is definately on my want list, and yes they do seem under-rated, but who knows what all they have or how much they have been used in some of those top secret multi combos.
