When should I air them out??

My eggs are 3 weeks old now and I have not open the incubator once. Think its about time to let a little fresh air in?? Candle and look at them?? Thanks and happy herping!!

Mine were laid on the 2nd and every since then I crack the hova-bator open at least 2x a day.

I've always opened each egg box a minimum of once a week. I check the temps with a temp gun, wipe down any condensation and add water to the perlite (if needed). Doesn't take too long.

Towards the end (generally the last 2 weeks or so) I'll open them a little more often (2-3 times a week).
