Feeding day gone wrong...

Good thing I didn't use my hand, LOL...

I managed to slide her and the mouse off the hemostats...she was not happy about that, to say the least...started striking everywhere like a madwoman...

heather those colors are so gorgeous, looks like she was a little hungry??? I love it when they pound there food like that, I find aggressive feeders do everything aggressivly. Glad you got it all worked out.

I was feeding some two year old BRB's last week and had a weird accident. Scarlett was hungry and struck at the prey as soon as it was in the cage. She hit it alright but with such force that she jammed her lower jaw between the plexi door and the plastic frame. So far in and tightly wedged, I had to take the door hinge off to free her. Sorry for the poor quality but was much more interested in freeing her than getting a good pic.

This is one side of her lower jaw, check out those teeth....
