Hi everybody!

I'm going to be going to Chesterfield S.C., sometime in the spring of '09. I'm a long time herper and 1st time poster. I live in Ohio, and I'm not real familiar with seasons in the southeast. My question is: What's the best time of spring to head down there? I don't want to go too early, but I don't want to go too late either. I'm hoping to find some horridus, and get some great photos. Really just want to do some tin flipping (CPR, of course) to see what kind of cool stuff I can find.

Any advice would be appreciated!
