Interesting Nicaraguan Boa

JaredHorenstein Jul 26, 2008 08:23 PM

This little Nicaraguan boa just came in from a farm. I wanted to see what those of you that work with Centrals think of it.

She has a very interesting head pattern, big dashes on her back in between her saddles like some Arabesque's do and the craziest tail I have ever seen on a Nicaraguan boa...

What ya think?

Or maybe something else? But it does not look normal at all.... Even the scales seem to be slightly raised....and they look like it too.

Normal? Abberancies run the gamut with these guys, with no Boa looking alike, but most of those abberancies pass on through polygenic traits. You'll see quite a few come in througout the season, just make sure if you're buying Hypos or Aneries that they are visuals and not normal. For some reason I've seen quite a few sellers mislableing normals as Hypos and Aneries this year. I remember not too long ago when you could pick up Hypos and Aneries for normal prices, no one knew what they were.
