This is my Black Onyx 2 female Peruvian.

One of my 2 Black Onyx females and they are my pride and joy!

She had a large and noticeable swelling back in May and the male bred her like a champ for two months and then stopped.

Nine days ago, I just did not feel like she had enough signs of being gravid and I decide to put the male back in with her.

Within 24hrs, he was at it again!

Well he was taking a break when I took this picture while ago, but he has been pretty aggressive for the last nine days and I sure hope that she will take.

Black Peruvians are not a dime a dozen and Black Onyx 1 could be one of the most Black Peruvians around, but I love em.

The thought of gold Peruvians with tons of rediculous Ink Black Markings, just makes me smile.

Hopefully it will work out, but if not, there is always next time.

Peruvians are truly the most humbling of all B.C.C.

Well, this is a picture of Black Onyx 1 and her swelling from June 26.

She is in a shed process right now and should actually be taking her skin off in the next 24hrs.

Got my fingers crossed on this one too, but things are hardly ever as they seem with Peruvians.

Just in case someone wants to comment, this photo is not doctored in any way except for I sharpened it just a little because it was kind of blurry being a crummy cage shot.

She really is that Black and the epitome of what I love in a Peruvian of this type.

90% clean and huge tail and color at yearling size that would make your eyes water!

The Black ones are pretty rare and a pure Black one like Black Onyx 1 is extremely rare and I would love to be proved otherwise but it will not happen.

Keep you fingers crossed my friend and we will hope for the best.

The girls are solid muscle and well conditioned so they should go sooner or later.
