I finished it the other day. The only thing I have changed now is that there is sand on the bottom of the water area and a few large river rocks.

The setup is a 30 gallon breeder aquarium with a pet tech land and lake divider installed. The land area is filled with dry crushed coconut fiber, and it has a layer of green sphagnum moss on top. The plants are live and are safe for reptiles. Someone told me that the hyacinth in the water could be toxic, but he would have to eat a lot of it, and I doubt that is going to happen. Needless to say, when the plant dies, I will probably replace it with a couple of lilly pads instead.

I figure this should last him a little over a year, and then I can build him something really nice. I want something with built in drains and a flush system to make cleaning easy. I will probably utilize some zoopoxy resin and maybe an small plastic outdoor pond. For now I will stick with this though, and I just have to do water changes maybe twice a week.
