Here's a few photos. He just always looks like his skin is a little wrinkled and not as, puffy and tight as some others I've seen or had in the past.

When in doubt hydrate. Give him a bath or drip water on his nose and see if he drinks it.
I agree, just give him a bath for a few days in a row and let him hydrate if he needs it.
