Even though it’s an anaconda, I thought I would post it here anyway. This is one of our large females that was bred a few months ago. She is showing the three classic signs of being gravid. Weight re-distribution from anterior to posterior, lack of interest in food, and extended periods of basking over the hot spot. This female very rarely ever lays over the hot spot, even after feeding. She is now spending hours a day on it. The only time she ever lays on the heat for any length of time is when she is gravid. She's also starting to look pretty heavy. If everything goes well, this will be her third litter for us. Thanks for looking,
