Thats a first for me. Never seen an alterna eat a chicken before.How long have you been feeding birds to your graybands??
Now I know what I can do with all the baby birds that get blown out of their nests around here!!! Thanks for the photo. Never would of believed it. BA

I have only done it once and it wont be a regular thing... I had some left ove chics...30-40 lol so I threw hom one, I didnt think he was goin to take it. Hes 45ins but next time I may chop the feet and head off the bird it took him forever to get it down.
