Belly burn

exoticball Jul 30, 2008 12:12 PM

I built a new cage for my ball pythons on one of my females seems to like to move all the bedding away and sit right on the glass over the heating pad. Now she has a small burn on her belly, I have fixed the problem in the cage but any tips for carring for the wound.

I have been treating it with neosporine antibiodic twice a day.

you're doing fine-- I had that happen once b/c of crazy flexwatt--- it'll totally dissapear within a few sheds-- just makes sure the wound isn't open, rotting, pussy, or anything like that-- I'd switch to papertowels for a while- so that none of the bedding gets stuck to the wound...

The comment I made wasn't meant to be dirty...
