It looks like it is a terribly kinked/deformed ringer. It is not a pied...but has the appearance....

Sad that its messed up.

That one is kinked. It was produced a few months ago by a guy in western NY.

not to name drop but I think frank martin produced a few just like that. kinks and all. a morph wont be worth anything if the animal is deformed :/
