This is what I use for my site and it is fairly cheap. Kind of like me 
LOL.
Domain is; http://www.0-domain-registration.com/best.htm
Server is; cc.earthlink.net
I believe the domain cost me about $25 for 2 years, and the server is like $20 a month. They also are very helpful with the support when you need it. Hope this helps.
