Off topic: Domain registration and web site hosting... (for a frog/feeder site)

I am looking to buy a domain for my site and have it hosted, but was wondering what company to go with for best prices and reliable service. If you can recommend one that you use or know others use, that would be great. If you rather not post here, email me at zippidde@hotmail.com. Thanks.

I do web design and graphic design for a living, so ive had my fair share of run in's with horrible hosts, lost and missing websites, you name it!..

the main 2 places i would suggest are:

www.doteasy.com/
www.ipowerweb.com

Both of those places are amazing with what they give you for your money, as well as awesome service!..

You also cant go wrong with having KINGSNAKE host your website (not sure how price compares, but if its decent.. i would use this option)

best of luck,

dan

I would second ipowerweb.com. They host my rubberboas.com domain and site. Been very reliable, and offer lots of space, bandwidth, and useful tools.

Hosting with Kingsnake has quite a few drawbacks, and I wouldn't try it again.
