Fat tail not eating---PLEASE HELP!!

digitalgrrl Sep 03, 2003 09:07 PM

I went to the Raleigh (Sunday and today is Wednesday) show and found a cute little fat tail that I fell in love with. Now I have her home and she is showing no signs of being interested in food. She is not very active but she likes to crawl up and down my arm until she finds the right spot to rest(not much different than my leos). I have offered her superworms, crickets, and a pinkie. but she will not have anything to do with them.
Should I give her more time to adjust?
Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks a bunch!
Kristy

give her more time. stop handling her and let her adjust. older geckos seem to adjust slower then younger geckos, and it could take a few weeks. don't let it bother you until she starts to decline in health, if she is healthy, and your set up is correct, she will start eating.
