I saw it on Drudge Report, but like the post below says, it must be popping up in the science & interest portions of many news outlets. Regardless of politics (please, please no one bring the topic of politics up here), the Drudge Report is a great and very eclectic source for information.

San Antonio TX also has some small termite eating snakes. Bigger than that but not much.

I wonder how they found out about the one egg. Did they dissect the females or actually reproduce them in captivity? Don't suppose they would make much of a display snake but if they can be kept in captivity you could have some pretty small office terrariums.
