Hi all,

I have had my leopard gecko for about 3 days now....i keep her in a ten gallon tank with thermostat and heat matt. I have three temp gauges, one digital(floor temp) and two normal omes which are about 12 inches from the surface of the viv and regulate my air temp. My floor temp in the warm area is like 91 or higher but my air temp is way below that...around 75...is this ok?

From what I have learned and heard on this forum in past discussions, is that the most important part is the ground temp, and that it is okay if it fluctuates a little throughout your tank because this will allow your gecko to be where he or she is most comfortable, and help with digestion.
