Spider confusion

gimptafied Aug 04, 2008 04:46 AM

A couple days ago I was shopping online for a female spider ball python when an ACTUAL spider walked accross my keyboard. I screamed "spider! spider!" at my boyfriend who thinking I just found a good deal and was over reacting calmly replied "I'll be there in a minute hun" He walked over and asked "ok where?" I quickly backed up yelled "on the keyboard!" For about 3 seconds he just stared at me baffled before he realized "oh a SPIDER" and promptly killed it for me saving the day.

ROTFLMAO

I get that a lot.... he's learned to differenciate (sp?) the type of scream..... one is much more blood curdling than the other...

...because Spiders eat bugs.

And I loathe bugs.
Okay, so I'm a bit entomophobic.

I cringe like a 7 yr old girl at the site of one of those 'ball of hair' centipedes moving across a floor. (the thought is enough to give me a slight shiver...lol)
