How did you do the application of the uth?
uth? Under tank heater?
I used a router and took out probably 2/3 of the wood on the bottom of the tank. Then used silicon to get it to stay. It works great.
That heat pad is not going to last forever. You are going to have to replace it sometime later down the road. In my experience, they don't last very long for somer reason. Hope you have a way of replacing it.
It pulls right off so its all good.

Next time you may want to consider moving the lamp to one end. You're heating the whole tank when it is on, no way to have a temp gradient large enough for some geckos. Depends on what the gecko is used to, but remember they often burrow into caves or other dark, cooler, spaces in the daytime. Also would depend on the bulb wattage.
Make sure your air holes are big enough, I hardly ever see a cage with enough.

Holy schist, that kicks @$$! Awesome job, congrats!
I did something similar with some cabinets Home Depot sold at teh end of the season. For under $20, I bought three and with some plexiglass, I created three custom-made homes for my lizards, about the size of 20 g tanks.
GOOD JOB!
Wow thats so cool! My father wants to build a cage for my bull snake..
So, uhm
How'd you do that? LOL
