I have heard of this place before..but other than that I don't know anything about them specifically..but being rather bored I googled it and found something rather interesting.

website shows as being down or just not available yet the contact person on this listing for Sapphire Dragon Ranch is really familiar...maybe he's the best best to send an email off to to see if the company website is just down or no longer in business.

I remember going to his site a few times about 4 years ago, and after that I have never heard of him at all. I don't think he is breeding anymore from what I remember.
