sheesh! I swear he never stops moving unless he's in his cage. I have him out every day or two and he has to explore everything! and he doesn't try to hide or get away, he just flickes his toungue at it and climbs over (or tries to). (he especially seems to like crawling through my glasses). I was just wondering if this was normal?

Some of my kings have been regularly active, while others appear to be more complacent and just lay around for hours if not days on end. I have noticed that when in the "blue" or just before shedding they are very inactive (guess I would be too!). I've also noticed that they become more active around the weekend, a time when feeding occurs. Factors that may influence activity level include temperatures, feeding schedules, and as previously mentioned, shed cycle.
