Just found out my 7ft female has internal parasites
other then taking her to the vet which i cant afford
right this sec is there anything i can do? I have a friend
who works in a vet office and can get general medication
for a cheaper cost but i need to know what kind of medication
or if there are home remedies that I can use? Well thanks for any info

First things first. How do you know she has Parasites with out taking her to a vet? Unless you had a qualified person do a fecal?

I took a sample to the vet and he said the test was
positive for parasites

Assuming you can get accurate weight on the animal, the vet has more than enough evidence to give a prescription. The animal doesn't actually need to go in unless there are other issues, dehydration or emancipation come to mind.
