Some of you guys may remember this wild caught gentilis my buddy and I found this past May.

Well it wasn't long till I realized she was gravid.

She layed four eggs on June 10th and then began hatching August 3rd

This last one just came out of the egg 30 mins ago

Thanks for looking

Doug,
It's been a brutal week... super busy with work and out-of-town family is here to visit. Other than that, lots of feeding, cleaning, and waiting on the last few clutches to hatch. It's been blazing hot here the last month and a half, but we get an 80F day now and then to give us a break. The hot, dry weather is bad on the field herping, but thing should pick back up in about a month with cooler temps and hatchling snakes. Baby Phrynosoma should start showing up at a few of our spots any time. You been getting out much?

Thanks Chris, I just wish the WC female didnt have so much newsprint. The male is unknown since she was gravid when found. Perhaps next year she will mate with my brighter male from the same area.
How are the scarlet kings doing? That was a great post you had here a few weeks back.
