I think it's painfully obvious I wasn't suggesting that these snakes have bites anything like as serious as an inland taipans (then again, dead is dead right?). I was merely responding to your claim that if these snakes were capable of serious bites, people would have been killed (I believe you actually said something like "dropping like flies". The fact is, inland taipans (whcih are undoubtedly capable of killing people) which are not an uncommonly kept species here in Australia, have never killed anyone. So, clearly, whether or not something has actually killed anyone says nothing about its potential. Understand now?
