So many fine boas...economics

jscrick Aug 08, 2008 08:58 AM

Going back to the post on the [Blood] Boa dumping...
There are so many really FINE snakes out there, and at such good prices. I'm broke right now, but early next year I should have some boa money. I will be shopping. Don't dump all of them. Save some for me.
Haven't been here in a while, but you guys that know me, know I like to think I'm a pretty fart smeller...pretty smart feller, I mean. So this is what I think -- I'm pretty sure the economy has bottomed out. Things should slowly pick up the second half of the year. Housing sales are picking up. I think I heard that. Oil prices are finally on the decline. A few good (in my opinion) financial/economic measures have been enacted/legislated/put in place by our Government. Daytona and other fall shows should spark interest, would be my guess. Patience is the word, just like the patience and faith it takes for any project to come to fruition. True, it is a buyer's market. Quality makes the difference.
My season was a bust. That doesn't mean I can't be proud for all you guys.
Thanks for listening.

I was at the San Diego show a bit over a month ago. everyone was holding deli cups and all the vendors had big smiles on their faces. I am not worried at all!
