Diatomaceous Earth as an antiparasitic

I was wondering if anyone has used diatomaceous earth as a natural anitparasitic in reptiles? It is very common and popular among poultry enthusiasts as a natural dewormer. If anyone has any experience in their reptile collection I would love to hear about it.
