When i order my leo, ive decided on raising them on a staple of tenebrio molitor mealworms. This is because there was a little piece of info in the leo manual that said all of the record breaking lifespans held by leos all ate mealworms almost exclusively.
To get back on topic: What kind of insects should i offer like monthly to spice up my animals diet? I already am thinking about 5 or so crickets once a month. But i need more suggestions please, and places to buy them too. Thanks.
You can feed them wax worms, phoenix worms, silk worms and even pinky mice. I have even heard some feed them cockroaches. You can get the roaches and worms online at wormman.com. The pinkies you can get from local pet stores.
