Yeah, it's a female, definitely a keeper.
My male breeder has a lot of white:

I gotta say I'm partial to high white pieds, but when one is so low white to where it is nothing but pattern from head to tail I think it is every bit as beautiful as the highest of white pieds. AWESOME.
