When to open remaining eggs?

I have three Eastern Box turtle eggs in incubator. One started hatching two days ago (appears healthy in egg, looking around), the other two eggs haven't slit open. Should I open them...or let it be? (I am used to python eggs, where if the first one pips then you open the others after 24 hours). Thanks in advance, and I'll post pics soon...
