I have a one year old HL I have had since hatchling. Last week my usual lamp bulb went out and I replaced it with a back-up of much less wattage. I used that bulb for about 3 days before I bought a new, stronger bulb. My HL didn't come out during those 3 days. Since the new, usual wattage bulb is in, he has come out only every few days and this week I haven't seen him in about 4 days. The times he was coming out, he didn't seem to be eating as many ants. His habitat is entirely back to normal, light comes on same times, but I don't know if he's hibernating or something is wrong with him. Last year he didn't hibernate until Dec. I was planning on releasing him where I found him this month, what should I do?
