Hold back Hoggs

cbmorphs Aug 11, 2008 04:33 PM

Here's 3 generations worth of hold back Hogg Island boas I produced!! I purchased the sire and dame of these litters in 1996 straight from Tim Belknap! They produced they'er 1st litter in 03 then in 05 and 07 had they'er 2nd and 3rd litters.. I've held back most of them due to they'er intense orange colors. Any way here's a few photo's! The 1st photo is with flash the rest are with out !!

On a side note:
What ever happened to Tim Belknap? He had some awesome
animals!!!

Thanks for looking!!

Very nice Chaz. I prefer the old spelling -- Hogg. Just like I prefer the correct nomenclature. Genus starts with a capital letter. Species and subspecies never starts with a capital letter. Lower case always. Examples - Boa constrictor imperitor is correct. Boa Constrictor Imperitor is incorrect. Boa c. i. is correct. Boa C. I. is incorrect.
What did ever happen to Tim Belknap?

Thanks to all of that reply!! I'm not sure what happened to Tim Belknap, heck I thought he was in it for the long haul! He was a little arrogant but NUNTHELESS still a cool guy!! He liked his body building talk!!
Tim had an awesome collection of both Pythons and Boas!! I had his line of Argentines, Surinames, Bolivian amarali and the Hoggs of course.. I figured he got tiered of cleaning cages? He did complain to me a few times about that!
Anyway thanks for the flash back,

Chaz Neely
