Some new arrivals and old pals.. DUW

aanata1 Aug 11, 2008 10:53 PM

I got a couple snakes from the San Diego Reptile Show that I have yet to show off... They have very little selection in BRBs, and no Hets of any kind.. that I saw, but there were lots of BCIs for me to choose from:

I also got some good pictures of my "favorites." I put that in quotes because my favorites change daily... I love them all!! Anyway, first off is Pele, my poss het hypo, which was my first BRB and the rest speak for themselves:

Luna

Cortez

Bella

Surrounded by a bunch of BRB, some Ridleyi, a few Grey Banded Kings, Australian Cattle Dogs, a Belgian Malinois, assorted Mustelids and an incredibly tolerant male human.

very nice looking snakes, are Luna and Cortez siblings? i will have to try and pick up some anery hets this year, wouldnt mind just seeing if they compatible with what i have. I will get some pictures up on wednesday hopefully, i have just worked 20days straight, so been a little slow on the forums. I have seen some change in one of mine, and it for the better i would say. We will see

Cortez is from that unrelated line of Aneries (Tom Chiang). He is from a completely new line. Luna is from Brian Sharp. I had to look at the pics twice, cuz I took pics of one right after the other, they've never looked similar to me, but I guess they started plotting to confuse me They have similar personalities too. They are my only 2 BRBs that will come out of the cage looking for food when I open the door on feeding day. Sooo... cute!!

There was a friend of a friend at the San Diego Show that I believe was friends with Rich Ilhe. He apparently got to pick some really nice babies out of the first cherry salmon litter, and he bred them together and got these gems. The parents are both possible supers and the whole litter looked like long skinny blood oranges. I don't have a place for her in any of my breeding "projects," but she was just so gorgeous, I couldn't pass her up!
