Ok, this is bugging me. Ever since before I was into field herping or captive husbandry I've always really liked the way a certain "corn snake" looked in the field guide, along with soem other cool snakes in there too.
I cant find a pic online, but I remember one particular color plate had a snake on sandy/rocky ground, has a brownish beige background and burnt orange saddles and orange eyes.
I have my doubts this is actually a plain old corn snake. I'd like to discuss what it really is, because honestly, I want a bunch of 'em that look just like that!
If someone can dig up the pic or scan it or something it'd be greatly appreciated. Google hasnt been friendly to me on this issue.
Exactly what kind of snake is this? Where can I get some?
