Butterscotch x Lester's Progeny...

CSRAJim Aug 14, 2008 01:34 PM

Chris,

Here are some photos of the progeny from Butterscotch x Lester this year...More follow...

I have only managed photos of 6 of the 8 that are out of the egg and there still two to go (one "pipped" last night with one more to go)...

So, 10 of their 14 eggs remained viable with the first hatching after incubation for 71 days; one at 73 days; five at 75 days; one at 77 days; one "pipped" at 77 days (hasn't left the egg yet) and one to go...

Hi Jim

Nice work. Looks like you're in the same ball park as I am this year. The animals are just pipping and the the average for the first two clutches is 75 days at 78-79F temps. What were your incubation temps?

Talk to you later.

I really like that third one with no markings on the head. I can't wait to see them post shed. Good job with them Jim. Congrats on some excellent hatchlings. Cant wait to see the rest.

Todd,

Thanks man...I had some wonderful help from "mentors" that are far better at this than me and were willing give me their time and share their valuable knowledge and experience...

Thanks to all...
