Something New...

I'm more into BCI morphs but I do still manage a small collection of BCC, both Suri's and Guyanans. Here are a couple of new arrivals that came in yesterday, both are WC from Guyana. The first up is a real CLASSIC in my opinion. I like the connected saddles almost evenly spaced apart. The second girl is a KILLER...haven't seen many like this around(except for JB's ROSE, she's AWESOME!), should of bought a male from him. She has the "3C's"(Gray Rushin uses this) CLEAN, COLOR, and CONTRAST! You guys be the judge...

Here you go...

Those are nice looking BCC's but whats the yellow thing in the cup? Sorry if it is a dumb question but i just cant figure out what it might be..LOL.. Josh.

It's a piece of a no pest strip to kill off mites just in case. They are going to be in quarantine for 2 months due to the fact that they are WC.

Ahhh thanks, figured it was something for bugs ..

Yeah, I was going to ask you about that. How do you like them set up that way? How long do you leave container in the cage/tub? Do you remove the water while NPS vapors are in the atmosphere?
I've been taping mine to the roof of the tub and removing water. Leave in 2 days and then remove. Provide water 2 days. Then repeat.
What length of time for treatment to continue? 2 weeks?
I remember seeing those boas up for sale. They were reasonably priced, as I recall. They didn't last long. Did they.

i pretty much do the same as you do but i keep the pest strip in there for like 2-3 weeks. I also spray Equate on the bedding too. As for water i put that in one week after i put in the pest strip.

It's a shame alot of the smaller animals from that shipment were goofed up. Did he show you the reverse Stripes?

Very nice. If you are a boa person you have to have some BCC.

Take Care,

Kevin

WOW!! Those BCC's are very impressive 8) I really enjoyed the pics.. The second BCC had a very soft pastel look almost hypoish! If I were into pure Red Tails that would be my top choice.. Thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Jake
