I have had several species of pythons but just got my 1st boa. She is a nice 6ft red tail. My question is when you look real close at her she has a blueish hue to her, is this normal? Thanks in advance for the comments.

it's one of two things, either she's nice and irridescent, basically her scales are reflecting a wide range of colors in the light, or she's going into shed! does she look "milky?" that would mean a shed cycle...

She doesn't appear to be milky. She has real nice markings so I guess it is just the light. Thanks, just wanted to make sure there was nothing to be concerned about.
