GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, I just got back from my buddies house where I took my northern copperhead to probe it. It is definatley a female. He said judging by how big she has gotten I should be expecting some babies within the next two or three weeks maybe. This will be a big change for me having a snake give live birth. I'm used to incubating eggs.Lol so now the anticipation is gonna kill me. Thanks for everyones help with this snake and I will definatly keep everyone updated.

I had asked you to take a picture of the snakes ventral aspect. I am not convinced that your buddy probed it right.
Please post a pic of the ventral, starting at mid-body to posterior.

Thanks!

actually I was the one who probed it. I took it over there because I don't have any probes at the moment and he has dealt with many gravid copperheads in the past and I kinda wanted his opinion on it. I will definatly take some pics for you though as soon as I get the chance.

Thanks
