Heating in Racks for Kings

bakeaway Aug 19, 2008 09:38 PM

I am looking to get a new rack and was wondering what do most of you like for heat in racks,,,belly, back or heat tape down the sides. Which is best for kings? The rack I have now is heated by heat cable.
Thanks David

I need to incorporate some sort of temperature gradient in my racks here... I can easily get heat cable, but I'm not sure whether I'd be better off with heat tape.

hey,,the cable works pretty good. it just seems to give a small area the heat. where i think a heat tape would give more area.
