Pipping!!!

wvherp Aug 20, 2008 01:58 PM

The first egg of my clutch is pipping, I discovered the little booger poking its head out today when I came home from work. Looking forward to the rest coming out soon.
Thanks everyone for your advice. Hope to post pics when they are all out.

Tim hit it dead on.
He said they would probably start hatching this week.
Good luck with them and keep us posted

Number 2 is popping its head out as we speak. Had 14 eggs, one was bad, two are pipping, waiting on the others. Again, thanks for all the advice. It is surely appreciated. Hope to have the whole clutch out in a couple of days.

Such a neat experience to share with my three sons. My oldest actually saw my female lay a couple of eggs. They are absolutely pumped up!
